These terms cover booking, paying for and attending appointments at A Little Bit Country Massage. Booking an appointment means you accept them.

A Little Bit Country Massage is a sole massage therapy practice operated by Jessica Heath at 12 N. Johnson St, Suite A, Alamo, Tennessee 38001, reachable on (731) 227-9350. Throughout these terms “we” and “us” mean that practice, and “you” means the person booking or receiving a service.
Appointments are paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is what holds your time on the calendar; an unpaid booking is not confirmed.
Prices are as shown on this website at the time you book. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an appointment already booked and paid for. Card payments are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
You must be 18 or over to book. Appointments for a minor must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present for the whole session.
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and you are refunded in full or moved to a new time. Inside 24 hours, half the session price is refunded and half is retained. A missed appointment is not refunded.
Arriving late shortens your session rather than extending it, because the next appointment starts when it starts. The full terms, including how illness, weather and emergencies are handled, are on the cancellation policy page and form part of these terms.
You agree to tell us about any medical condition, injury, allergy, medication, pregnancy or recent surgery that could affect your treatment, and to keep that information current at each visit. We rely on what you tell us.
Massage therapy is not medical treatment. Nothing said or provided here is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for care from a doctor or other qualified professional. If a symptom is severe, sudden or getting worse, seek medical attention rather than booking a massage.
We may decline or stop a session where treatment would be unsafe or inappropriate, or where a condition should be seen by a medical professional first. Where we decline before treatment begins, you are refunded in full.
This is a professional therapeutic practice. Any sexual language, suggestion, advance or contact will end the session immediately, will not be refunded, and will be reported to law enforcement where appropriate. You will not be welcome back.
We also reserve the right to end a session, without refund, if you attend intoxicated, behave abusively, or otherwise make the room unsafe to work in. This works both ways: you may ask for any technique to stop, or end the session entirely, at any point and for any reason.
Gift certificates may be used against any service and any length. They are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance stays on the recipient’s account. Certificates may be transferred to another person. Bookings paid for with a certificate are subject to the same cancellation terms as any other booking.
Memberships are month-to-month with no minimum term. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method the same amount on the same date each month until you cancel. Cancel at any time before your next charge; cancelling does not refund charges already taken.
Unused monthly sessions roll over and remain available for 90 days from the date they were issued, after which they expire. Membership benefits are personal to you and cannot be shared, except by using the guest passes included with your plan. Full details are on the memberships page.
Referral credit is issued after a referred client’s first appointment has been completed, and only where that person has not been a client before. Credit has no cash value, is not refundable, expires one year after it is issued, and may be withdrawn where a referral appears to be artificial.
On-site bookings are arranged directly and are confirmed in writing, including date, duration, price, location and cancellation terms. Those written terms take precedence over anything on this website, including the standard 24-hour cancellation window.
The text, images, branding and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep everything accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free or always available, and availability shown on the booking calendar is subject to confirmation.
Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, our total liability arising from any service or from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you book is the version that applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Crockett County, Tennessee.
