These aren’t packages — they’re just amounts, and the balance works on whatever they choose. But it helps to know what covers what.

Balances don’t have to be spent in one go. Whatever’s left is there next time.
Questions people actually ask
Does it expire?
No. Whatever’s on the balance stays on the balance. If they forget about it for two years and find it in a drawer, it still works.
Can they use it on anything?
Any service and any length — therapeutic, pregnancy, hot stone or chair. If they pick something that costs more than the certificate, they pay the difference. If it costs less, the remainder stays on their balance.
Can I put a note on it?
Yes. Add a message when you buy and it goes on the certificate — on the emailed one and the printed one both.
They’ve never had a massage. Is this a strange gift?
It’s the best gift for exactly that person, because deciding to book the first one is the hard part and you’ve just done it for them. If you’re worried it’s too much too soon, a chair massage at $30 lets them try it fully clothed in fifteen minutes.
Can I buy one for a membership?
Not directly — a membership is a monthly charge and nobody should be signed up for one they didn’t choose. Give a certificate instead. If they like it, they can start a plan themselves.
Can it be refunded or swapped for cash?
No — gift certificates aren’t refundable or exchangeable for cash. They can be passed on to somebody else, though, if it turns out not to suit.
What if they lose it?
Call and it gets looked up under your name or theirs. The balance lives on the account, not on the piece of paper.
Can I buy several at once?
Yes — for staff thank-yous, teacher gifts or a whole family. Call and it’ll be sorted in one go rather than making you do it six times.
